Ap\u00f3s a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, os t\u00e9cnicos\/formadores\/profissionais da \u00e1rea da juventude ser\u00e3o capazes de implementar os recursos a n\u00edvel local para alcan\u00e7ar e capacitar outros. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

10 profissionais do sector da juventude (t\u00e9cnicos de juventude, formadores de jovens, l\u00edderes de jovens) por pa\u00eds parceiro ser\u00e3o convidados a participar nestas forma\u00e7\u00f5es. Os participantes eleg\u00edveis incluem: indiv\u00edduos, membros de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de juventude, freelancers, volunt\u00e1rios, etc., que estejam ativamente envolvidos no dom\u00ednio da juventude e do trabalho com jovens. Todos os participantes trabalhar\u00e3o com o Manual dos T\u00e9cnicos de Juventude para refor\u00e7ar as suas capacidades e sensibilizar para as sociedades inclusivas, o envolvimento c\u00edvico dos jovens, o di\u00e1logo construtivo e a resili\u00eancia no \u00e2mbito da sa\u00fade mental e bem-estar. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Esta forma\u00e7\u00e3o presencial ter\u00e1 uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o aproximada de 8 horas, em sess\u00f5es de 1 dia inteiro ou de 2 dias.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
